Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided production has not begun. To cancel, please contact us immediately.

Refund Eligibility:
Custom boxes are non-refundable once production starts. Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Return Process:
Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

Refund Mode:
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
